Growing up around an industry his family has been part of for more than two decades, Mitch went on to spend six years building his own career within real estate.
Working inside the industry gave him first-hand experience of the people, pressure and culture behind a successful agency — and an understanding of just how much the right person can influence a business.
After moving into recruitment, Mitch saw an opportunity to combine his real estate background with a more personal, relationship-led approach to hiring.
